WEIRD: Boy Cuts Another Boy’s Head, Arres’ted With The Head In His Hand [See Photo]

This Ungodly act happened in Ghana few days back, the photo above is of a boy who was arrested for be-head’ing another boy, reasons for the be-head’ing unknown but obviously for some spir!tual works as young men of today will do anything for quick money.

The Techiman police nabbed the boy and the photo you see above was taken. Is this fair? Tell us the appropriate punishment for this boy. Wickedness at it’s peak.

The Senate in Abuja on Thursday passed a bill that will legally protect persons with disability from discrimination. Sponsored by Sen. Nurudeen Abatemi-Usman (PDP-Kogi), the bill seeks to integrate such persons into the society and establish a commission for persons with disability. The bill, titled ‘Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities (Prohibition) Bill, 2014′, prescribes a fine of N1m for corporate bodies and N100,000 or six months imprisonment or both for an individual who contravenes the law. Sen. Adamu Gumba (PDP-Bauchi) presented the report of the Senate Joint Committee on Sports, Social Development and Women Affairs on the bill. Child-bride, Wasila Umar, accused of killing her husband and three of his friends while injuring many others after she served them poisoned food, in Kano, says she regrets her action. “Mine was a classical example of youthful exuberance; it dawned on me shortly after that it was a joke taken too far to resolve a forced marriage question”, Wasila, 14, said. The killings happened only 17 days after their marriage.
