Three suspected kidnappers were early this morning burnt to death by a mob along Ijoko Road, Sango, Ogun State, southwest Nigeria. The suspected kidnappers were accused of abducting a young woman who was shouting to be freed inside their vehicle. A witness, Mr. Ade Sunday, who was at the scene of the incident explained that the suspects struggled to keep their victim inside the car but she fought vigorously for her life and was pushed out of the vehicle at Gas Line Bus Stop, Ijoko, Ogun State. A pregnant road sweeper working with the Lagos State Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) has been crushed to death. The deceased identified as Mrs. Kikelomo Bamidele was crushed at Ojota, Lagos, southwest Nigeria, by a petrol tanker with registration number Kano NSR 592 YQ while working inside the BRT lane near the pedestrian bridge. P.M.NEWS gathered that the road sweeper died at the Lagos State Emergency Centre at the old toll gate of the Lagos-Ibadan expressway where she was rushed. Witnesses at the scene of the accident revealed that the accident occurred as a result of break failure. “The tanker driver had break failure and was trying to manouver the vehicle when he veered into the BRT Lane where he crushed the sweeper.
